Just wrapped up this “By Request “ Benjamin Davis tribute jacket and shipped back to the client. I was asked to base it on the jacket in this photo. I’ve not been able to track down who the gentleman was so it would be nice to know. Let me know if you have any info. This was my first time painting on an ‘80/90s USAF jacket and it sure was a challenge! Several friends advised against it because of the synthetic material… I added a textile additive to the paint (every color) and heat set it too, so hopefully it wears well on this fabric.
