And here is the other recent “P-47” cowling project all finished up. This one is a companion piece to my “Ready for Take-Off” project and looks like it was from the same squadron with the same nose artist… me! 
I was given free reign on this one also in regards to subject and period correct vs being pc. I really like the vintage telephone and the double entendre giving it that perfect period correct early 1944 vibe. I will miss this one too! But it has gone to a great home, and thanks to my friend Chris for making these projects possible at all.
