"Evelyn" nose art that I created for the @avianaaircraft 1946 Luscombe 8e commemorating the life of WAFS and WASP pilot Evelyn Sharp, who was killed in a P-38 crash in 1943 at 24 years old, and at the time was a few flights away from achieving the highest pilot rating possible for women at the time. I got up a couple hours ago to the shocking news that Ken Block has passed away. And so I made this in tribute. He was one of the greatest ambassadors in the history of motorsports, inspiring an entire generation to get into cars as a hobby or profession. Godspeed Ken and thank you.
